Il 47% donne italiane che lavora nel settore tech ritiene che gli effetti causati dal COVID-19 abbiano ritardato il loro avanzamento di carriera, mentre il 45% ha dichiarato che il lavoro da remoto possa facilitare il raggiungimento della parità di genere. In generale, nonostante il lockdown sia stato visto come possibile motore per le pari opportunità nelle posizioni IT, il persistere di pregiudizi sociali ha comunque ostacolato questa potenziale svolta.
